We offer a range of solutions for land located in a flood area.
It is possible to install our chalets on plinths or choose accommodation on registered chassis which can be easily moved around.
These solutions can be used on all plots with an alternative solution in the event of rising water on flood areas.
Installing accommodation on plinths means that holiday chalets can be installed in floor areas. The regulated height restrictions should be checked with the PPRI, however we offer plinths up to 3 metres tall.
Our Canvas Tiny House, ‘Karavan’ 7,’ is a unique accommodation comprising both a Tiny House section and a canvas-roofed section.
This accommodation is on wheeled chassis and can be registered with an option for a license plate to use it on all plots without restriction and quick to install.
